 What areas do you service?

We operate equipment in Western Washington, Western Oregon, Chelan County, Yakima and the Tri Cities areas. We service ATMs on a national basis.

Who maintains this equipment?

DMS employs a staff of experienced people to keep the equipment up and running. Simply call us with your service needs and we come to the location for any maintenance concerns.

How long does it take to get a repair?  

Usually we are at your location within 24 hours.

What is a downloading jukebox?

A TouchTunes or AMI digital jukebox does not contain any compact discs. Instead, the insides are completely computerized with a hard drive that stores the music files and album cover artwork. The customer makes a selection by touching a video screen instead of flipping title pages. These typically mount on a wall to save space in a location. Patrons use a mobile app or cash to pay for music they want to hear.

How much does a jukebox and installation cost?

We own and operate the complete sound system. We also install speakers and accessories for this sound system for free. Location owners get a professionally installed music sound system in their business for free.

Is the music licensed?

Our music systems play fully licensed music only. We take care of ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC so the location does not have to pay the exorbitant annual fees.

Do we have control over the music content?

Yes, you can screen out categories like country, heavy metal, rap or explicit lyrics. You can even schedule different genres of music to play throughout the day, creating music themed promotions! Your customers get access to listen to the full albums from their favorite artists as well as hundreds of thousands of others.

What kind of games do you have?

We own and operate crane games, video games, dart boards, pool tables, pinball machines, and other coin operated equipment. We also provide on screen trivia games.

How much do games cost? – We own and operate our game equipment. The placement is free and delivered to the location.

What does the location earn from the equipment? – Every piece of equipment has a different revenue share. Call us for a quote.

 Do you have dart leagues?

We own and operate dart leagues in our locations. Western Washington Dart Leagues runs local, regional, and national leagues all year long.

Do you have dart tournaments?

Our locations run tournaments. Some are on weekends; others are on weeknights. The DRT daily remote tournaments run every day, and you play in 16 team flights. Quarterly there are doubles and Trios tournaments that run remotely. Players from across the country participate. You play from one board in your area against other teams over an internet connection.

Where do you play league finals?

Most of our leagues pay out to the winners at the end of the league play, where you do not have to go to a final event. We do offer big weekend tournaments for league players, in state, and in Las Vegas, or Kansas City.

What kind of dart boards do you have?

We offer both Arachnid Galaxy and DARTSLIVE boards. Both use an internet connection and track scores for player ratings. We also submit league matches automatically through the internet connection.

What kind of trivia is it?

Questions are shown on a TV screen. We use a product called Tap TV. We install it in a location with an internet connection. All the questions come from an online computer, and players download a smart phone app to play.

What is on Screen trivia?

This product does not have a host. We install it with a TV screen so players can play online.

Do you need internet access?

Yes, this small device must have an ethernet connection from the location to provide service. Players use a mobile app to play and track scores online.

Do you have contests?

Yes, we do. Every Tuesday night, a location can play in a team format against other location teams in the northwest. We track the scores, and report winners the next day. 

Do you need a host?

No. The location does not need anyone with a microphone. The game encourages players to play without a host. Scores are posted on the screen after every round.

What kind of equipment do you have?

We use Hyosong, Hantle, and other manufactured equipment to operate. We can also operate location owned equipment, including Gen Ex, Triton, and others.

Where do you operate ATMs?

Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, hotels, tattoo shops, retail stores, and locations that are cash only, including retail marijuana stores, swap meets. We also do events, fairs, and weekend short term placements.

Can I buy a machine from you?

Absolutely. We sell a lot of machines to new customers. We program and install before delivery, and train you on the filling procedures.

What if I don’t want to put the money in the machine? 

WE have a program where we fill our machine, or we fill your machine.
